Shipping Policy
Enviamos los artículos lo antes posible, pero no siempre será el mismo día de tu pedido. En general, agrega de 1 a 2 días hábiles para permitir el tiempo de procesamiento. Recibirás tu pedido entre 2 y 7 días hábiles a partir del día en que se envía, no desde la fecha en que realizas el pedido. El tiempo depende directamente de tu ubicación.
Deberías recibir un correo electrónico confirmando tu pedido poco después de haberlo realizado. Si no recibes, verifica en tu carpeta de correo no deseado y ve si puedes localizarlo. Esto es especialmente importante porque, si no has recibido el correo electrónico de confirmación del pedido, tampoco recibirás el correo electrónico con la notificación de envío y la información de seguimiento.
