Visión general. Este acuerdo contiene los términos de servicio que se aplican a su compra en www.uliconceptstore.com, entidad nombrada en la factura "Paula Andrea Girón Gallardo" o conocido por su marca como "ULI Concept Store", que se te proporcionará ("Cliente o usuario") en pedidos de productos vendidos en los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.
Al aceptar la entrega de los productos descritos en esa factura, el Cliente acepta estar sujeto y acepta estos términos de servicio. Estos términos de servicio están sujetos a cambios sin previo aviso por escrito en cualquier momento, a exclusivo criterio de ULI Concept Store.
Ley que rige. Este acuerdo y cualquier venta en virtud del mismo se regirán por las leyes de Los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, sin tener en cuenta las reglas de conflicto de leyes.
Acuerdo completo. Los Términos de servicio constituyen el acuerdo único y completo entre usted y ULI Concept Store con respecto al Sitio y reemplazan todos los entendimientos, acuerdos, representaciones y garantías anteriores y contemporáneos, tanto escritos como orales, con respecto al Sitio.

Overview. This agreement contains the terms of service that apply to your purchase at www.uliconceptstore.com, the entity named on the invoice "Paula Andrea Girón Gallardo" or known by its brand as "ULI Concept Store", which will be provided to you ("Client or user") in orders of products sold in the United Mexican States.

By accepting delivery of the products described in that invoice, the Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms of service. These Terms of Service are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, at the sole discretion of ULI Concept Store.

Governing Law. This agreement and any sale hereunder will be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Entire agreement. The Terms of Service constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and ULI Concept Store concerning the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, concerning the Site.

Subscription. With the ULI Concept Store subscription, all users can purchase the products offered on our website. We do not cancel accounts on your behalf, you must follow the steps within your account to cancel your subscription.

Payment terms. Payments must be received by ULI Concept Store before ULI Concept Store will accept an order. The payment of the products will be made through the payment methods established on the Site.

 

Shipping costs; Taxes. Separate shipping and handling charges will show on Paula Andrea Girón Gallardo's invoices. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on Paula Andrea Girón Gallardo's invoice.

Delivery. ULI Concept Store uses reliable third-party delivery companies, such as Eiya, Ivoy, FedEx, DHL, etc. However, you as a customer are responsible for opening your box on the day of delivery and checking the items. All reports of damage or missing items must be made within 24 hours of delivery from the ULI Concept Store. ULI Concept Store may require a detailed explanation of the damaged product, the return of the damaged product, or photographs before making any credit or adjustment to your account. All damage issues should be sent to our customer service email: info@uliconceptstore.com.

By becoming a ULI Concept Store subscriber, you authorize the ULI Concept Store to drop off your delivery at your address, or allow a doorman to accept delivery on your behalf. If no one is present at the time of delivery, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to contact you. Yes, we cant contact you for any reason, the order will be delivered to your doorstep. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
